Of course, this statement extends only to Iraq, in which the Iraqi leadership has consistently failed to take responsibility for its own security. Of course, this statement does not apply within our own borders, where AAA's faction thinks the poor, sick, and disabled should be left to rot. And, most obvious of all, our responsibility to help those who cannot help themselves does not extend to his paying the bills for doing so.
