I have been absolutely unable to find anything other than the Post-Bulletin story covering this affair. I have checked Wabasha, Cannon Falls, Winona, and Owatonna papers and none has any mention of it. If you know of any media coverage of this at all, please contact me. I'll be keeping tabs on the appropriate website to watch for a resolution of the complaint, but there's no telling how long that may take.
